looking to learn: if you're a leader/manager, what are your favorite AI workflows right now?

am seeing the most adoption among individual contributors, but want to level up my day to day usage.

1. brain dump thoughts into otter_ai via phone app on the go

2. otter does transcript incl. summary & actions so you can create workflow (script) to (auto)share these with team - and... 

3a. copy/pasta transcripts to Perplexity "Spaces" (pre-config prompts for specific use cases e.g. create post, FAQ, deck for board, builder profile etc.

4a. copy/pasta 'deck prompt' into https://gamma.app/ and create visual briefing docs in 1-10% of time

4b. use gemini 2.0 for long-term memory function e.g. notes from 1:1s with ppl over a year. Make files in Google Notebook by uploading PDFs or links (can start this also via otter brain-dump)
