I deeply believe in a future where onchain wallets are: * universal - they work across all apps * non-custodial - apps can't hack you * smart - experiences "just work" * open source - your keys, your code getting there will take concerted effort, but we deserve this future.

easy to use in reality, payment, etc. For example I have money in my wallet and on the exchange. Withdrawing them is very difficult and it is necessary to provide various documents, which I simply cannot provide. It's a strange state, I have money and no money)

They still do this for most non-Ethereum or non-Eth clones, it's built into the software wallet and not tied to a browser. It is triggered by a link to initiate a transaction, just like we do with browser extensions. For the purpose of mass adoption, online wallets and browser extensions are great, but not for those people who like to piss people off.
