This year I built.. 💙 • Nominated for a @worldofwomen Award in the Imaginative Art category • Hosted, curated & moderated a panel for my own IRL art exhibition in Toronto featuring 30+ artists • Spoke on an AI panel at the Oculus World Trade Centre & one panel in Toronto during the Futurist Conference • Invited to host & moderate a panel w/ @toadyhawk.eth at a @base onchain meetup in Ottawa • Exhibited 7 artworks at NFT NYC & 1 at NFT Paris • My own solo art exhibition at @geavision Gallery in Bologna, Italy • Became a Global Creator Community Leader for @base & Based Canada • Hosted & curated an IRL exhibition, panel & on-chain meetup w/ Based Canada team @ali-sharafi @crabmann @maheenblues • Launched 1 of the first creator-led galleries on @coinbasewallet for World Mental Health Day • Featured on the front page of @coinbasewallet 4x & much more. GM loves. I am still here 🤍 I have been taking some time away to mourn the passing of my dog, get over another sickness but also to navigate a new normal: being off work. For as long as I can remember, I have worked 2+ jobs, and always on a perpetual hamster wheel. It is what my body and mind knows best. Although I am grateful for receiving severance, never did it cross my mind that being in this position would be so difficult mentally. Slowing down isn’t easy, but I am certain this is what the universe wants me to learn, and to encourage me to get out of my comfort zone. Once I figure out this new normal, I will be back stronger than ever 🫂 Hope you’re all doing well 💞

Late GN 🗣️ I’ll be back to engaging more frequently starting this week, but I want to take a moment to share an *important* reminder with everyone 🚨 Over the past few months, I’ve noticed a troubling rise in stolen artworks, particularly in Coinbase Wallet galleries. Many are taking credit for these works, even going so far as to have them mentioned in /base-builds posts. Let me be clear: this is ILLEGAL 🚫 It violates intellectual property (IP) rights & carries serious consequences. If you did not create the artwork, it is NOT yours to claim. As creators, many of us have experienced this firsthand, & it’s deeply disheartening. That’s why it’s crucial that we educate and support one another to ensure these practices are not tolerated. If you’re ever unsure about whether you have the right to use or share a piece of artwork, please ask. It’s always better to seek clarification than to make assumptions. If you see someone engaging in this behavior, please report it ✅

This week I built. A lot these past few weeks 💙 I haven’t posted in this channel for some time for many reasons, but nonetheless, I did the following: 🌀 Cohosted an X space w/ @karanpal25 about “Base for Creators” & > 400 people tuned in. 🌀 Created a large @paragraph article “Building on Base: Creators Edition” to support those who want to get onchain as a creator, acting as a guide to help them no matter where they’re on their journey. 🌀 Created & successfully dropped a @base self portrait collection of 7 diptychs: Æmber Woods - w/ utility & mechanics utilizing my own smart contract on @transientlabs for the whole month of Nov. 🌀 Spent hours fixing my NFT display to a new software so I can finally display all onchain artworks I have collected, including @base to do future curations. 🌀 Continuing to support the Base Creators TG chat - we are announcing a new initiative we have been cooking up soon! Oh.. & collected a TON of art on @base ofc😁 see reply w/ 🔗 ↓
