today is a "recharge day" for @coinbase. my day is:

- 7-8 mile run on a trail near our house
- grab breakfast at a cafe around the corner
- support @base eng getting out gas target increase
- finalize our Q2 plan and OKRs
- quality time with wife and friends

I wear a Hoka Clifton 9 for rd - it's brilliant  - and have been thinking about the speedboat for trail. 
How do you find the brooks generally - I hear very comfy shoes esp. ghost model
