I was totally out of the loop but I have to say I find it misleading that most L2s and also OP is upgradable. Technically it is not an L2 as long as someone can arbitrarily change the byte code at the contract or not?

Who controls the definition of something? Is it the thing that most people refer to as true? L2 used to be a technical definition, it became a marketing term after Ethereum's rollup centric future became the way
