if you're building a new dapp today, where are you deploying and why? 1. Ethereum L1 2. Polygon PoS 3. Solana 4. Ethereum L2 (Optimism, Arbitrum) 5. Somewhere else any and all thoughts very much appreciated!

4, 2, 1 in that order but depends on the use case and the level of on-chainness needed. first factor, transaction fees, second factor activity on-chain.

Hot take: gnosis chain fast, cheap, great support, and most importantly over 110k validators

Polygon because of low fees and ecosystem support. Would like to launch on L2 but support for new projects isn’t quite as accessible. At least not that I’m aware of.

Depends on what application I think. If defi why not all evm chains? NFT on eth or solana. Game could consider polygon or even bsc.

If few high value tx, eth l1 no question. Else, lots of anxiety that the l2 space is so dynamic that whatever is best today won’t be in 6 months and my app will be orphaned

We have following roadmap: 1st - ETH for finding product-market. We are focusing on Web3 users, and to them ETH L1 is most familiar and trustworthy. 2nd - Polygon when for scaling to Web2 users. This enables sponsored gas fees, and NFT support on OpenSea. Plus many precedents of trusted brands (Nike, Starbucks, etc).
