To make progress towards growing crypto adoption, we need to balance ideology with pragmatism. Failure to do so will lead to missing emerging opportunities on one hand or being pushed around like a flag in the wind on the other. Building and shipping is the solution. Talking or tweeting is not.

If I may. Talking or casting is one way of acquiring user-behavior without the overhead of 1on1. Helps gain perspective and influence product design. Helps keep boots-on-the-ground. Markets can also shift when developers go into their caves to ship, for better or worse. Pragmatism 100%. It's stagnation that kills.

I lean pretty hard towards the pragmatism side. Although I’ve been having a lot of convos with my ideological side. All three of us ate pizza tonight.

From what I’ve seen in this space nobody cares about the code being shipped if they 1 don’t know it exists and 2 arent excited that it exists. I haven’t seen it be about shipping really. I’ve seen it be about marketing first and foremost.

Very critical to meet the users where they are. There are only a very few who are willing to leave everything they are doing to try something new. Pragmatism FTW!
