If I may. Talking or casting is one way of acquiring user-behavior without the overhead of 1on1. Helps gain perspective and influence product design. Helps keep boots-on-the-ground. Markets can also shift when developers go into their caves to ship, for better or worse. 

Pragmatism 100%. It's stagnation that kills.

Ya I agree, tbh this was kind of a subtweet. Too much talking and not enough building/shipping/using is what i was reacting to. 

Im someone who makes sense of the world through conversations. But nothing accelerates that learning like shipping. 

Talking/posting is a form of shipping I guess
