Day 15 of Fitcember - Mobility Seated QL Stretch 5 each side Cat Cow 10 reps Half Kneel Thoracic Rotation 5 each side Adductor Rockback 5 each side 3 rounds; slow and methodical Lots of snap crackle pop on those Seated QL Stretches 😂
