The Pilates reps were tough, but then the straight arm crunch right afterwards…😅 This particular grouping of exercises was fantastic. I’m still feeling some soreness hours and hours later. If a 6-pack is one of the results from actively following your journey to the 2028 LA Olympics, my wife will be eternally grateful to you. 😂💪🏽
