How are product sense and empathy on opposite sides?

had the same thought, but for communication and empathy

not disagreeing w any vehemence, just think good communication includes a mental map of whoever you’re aiming to communicate with…  ie a kind of empathy… interesting that’s different for you

I think you can be a clear, succinct communicator without necessarily being empathetic
