Prediction markets and other futatchy adjacent experiments really get put on the back burner each bull market cycle. ICOs, DeFi, and NFTs all did such an incredible job keeping everyone's attention. I do get excited during bear markets tho. I'm always hoping the next wave will give Polymarket & others their breakout.

Molecule.to for DeSci R&D ideamarket.io was unfortunately shut down in Feb, but it was a sentiment & opinions market numer.ai distributed data modeling tournaments could be generalized to other applications meTokens.com for synthetic labor (personal tokens) to fund people who create value, while not rent seeking

Yes, coordination based crypto implementing Robin Hanson like thought experiments is something I’d love to see more of: prediction markets, impact markets, etc.

Jeff, I'm working on this now actually - designing governance mechanisms using prediction/decision markets + peer to peer arbitration. Happy to chat more in depth if you're interested! It's pretty complicated to implement, but agree it's really interesting and can probably lead to some really good mechanisms.
