Things I’m frustrated by that I can’t control

- People double parking at school drop off / pickup

- That one of the lakes I walk around has no trash cans for my dirty tissues, but all the other lakes/parks have plenty

- My brain chemistry makes it hard for me to find enjoyment

You could put up trash cans around the lake and support your community that way. I could see this bringing you some enjoyment.

For the parking issues I suggest a solid knife. Just slash some tires.
