Most founders overestimate the value of their vision and then expect new people to come in and “execute.” I think a total lack of awareness about how the startup landscape works is the biggest 🚩

THIS ⭐️ I have a hard time understanding why so much money is poured into inexperienced founders, which IMO is tied to lack of awareness in regards to the inner workings of the startup landscape, especially in web3.
