I think you'd need a new client that takes a new interpetation of channel UX and nontrivially onboards new users. With Warpcast it seems like it never really fit for retentive behavior, and i don't see a path to the team reprioritizing them For a lot of new users channels are actually more confusing and create overload of "idk what channel to post in"

it’s somewhere in the middle wc will likely continue to replicate the twitter experience, which is an understandable strategy for merkle clients built around the channel architecture could be a major unlock and add significantly to the top of the fc funnel, but they won’t get built before the necessary infra exists channels in wc are unlikely to find pmf without channel-first experiences to demonstrate value

Everyone I’ve onboarded got marked as spam. I don’t see a way forward for new folks without friends here unless they lean deep into channels.
