- Do hire your own lawyer ;) - Don't sell a token to retail in the USA - Do understand all four Howey prongs and how they apply - Don't make promises about increasing token value - Do have an internal policy about public comms - Don't engage in decentralization theater - Do your best in good faith and prepare to fight

sorry of course a person could, i meant more: can teams make those claims (“we will work to increase the value of these tokens”) if they explicitly aren’t selling to US retail?
