What I mean is, before purchasing, this FC account belongs to someone else's address, and they know the private key. After the purchase, is it possible to transfer it to an address where you control the private key?

I see what you mean. It is just like how NFT transfers are done.

The FID is transferred from one address to another. After a purchase, you are free to do whatever you want with the FID.
