Something I've embraced the past few years is that I'm naturally a late sleeper (best thinking and most productive hours for work late at night). I used to feel bad about it (e.g. not working hard enough) and forced myself to make early morning meetings but reality is my brain doesn't function well then and that's okay

💯 okay. It’s part of the reason I like working in tech and startups. It’s much easier to build a team culture of flex schedules that support ideal productivity windows.
