This part is so important. I learned this years ago from doing music in a group. 2 of us in the group were always the doers while the rest seemed content to ride along. You cannot drag people with you to success, you have to all be pushing to even get close. We always called it self determined level of involvement, you either want it or you don’t but we’re not waiting for you.
