Just shared this with a crypto founder friend trying to find PMF: In crypto, more than any other market, it's so important to get ground truth and make decisions from first principles (who is your user, what is their problem, how big and frequent is it). Don't let religion and crazy fun gains cloud your judgment.

Hot take: To find ground truth you probably shouldn't hold crypto. No way people with bags are truly operating from first principles

I think some /skininthegame and experimenting with new primitives is good but trading assets half of your day probably won’t help your users.
