Channel will be businesses Millions of Facebook users created 100M pages and 10M groups (20-30x subreddits). Many had the intention of building them into businesses only to get rugged. What does a world look like where people own their pages/group, can build on them, and can make money however they want, globally? I'm bullish on channels and channel creators.

with you on everything but this. Last round of changes left me bullish on distribution through channels but extremely bearish on the idea that they'll be full blown businesses or self contained economic entities.

- degen lost the thread when it became farming over curation - bountycaster is across all of FC, works perfectly well without a channel (better I'd argue) - haven't been following /atrackclub so won't comment but will look into it - ted is prolific outside of channels and even outside of FC, much more akin to an influencer than anything channel related the closest thing we have is @ispeaknerd.eth and /tabletop (who i love dearly as a person) - but you're seeing literally all of these examples expand beyond channels, they need to - distribution is not guaranteed (as we've seen) and that's their main purpose today
