One book I recommend over and over is the mom test - useful for first time entrepreneurs doing customer validation, and a refresh for experienced entrepreneurs on how to listen to customers

Agree 💯 This is sitting on my desk. I love how the author kept it short and more of a reference book. Could’ve easily been 3-4x longer.

Zero to one is the first that comes to mind Founders at work is great for hearing all the unscaleable things founders did in the earl days Cold start is good for network/marketplace products I wish there were more and am in the market for the next book

I really like zero to one! Have you heard of this one? “Scaling People” by Claire Hughes, ex COO of stripe. It’s not necessarily about building good product, but a great people management book :) https://press.stripe.com/scaling-people
