What are the best running shoes? I've recently learned you should be cycling between 2-3 types of shoes at a time to protect against injury? I wear Hokas now and love them

love the on clouds legitimately feels like you’re running on a cloud and the wear & tear on these shoes is great

+1 On I've run in Nike, Saucony, Asics and Adidas. On are hands down my favorite when it comes to comfort and durability.
