Can determination be taught?

ofc - it’s like muscle that builds up imo. determination is less privileged than raw talent imo. my intention with the post was that not all of us are born with crazy talent, but that we can all learn determination just that it got turned it into ivy/non-ivy argument - so confused here lol. whatever, happy sunday!
