I think some founders should have regular jobs before deciding to start a company 

Having shitty jobs makes you a better manager, and after your startup is 10 people you become a ppl manager

I think being a "founder" should be held to the same unfair standard as "musician" or "actor."

That one is an "aspiring founder" until the point when the first legitimate, non-vc bankrolled paycheck for their role as founder of a company hits their bank account (e.g. the org generates revenue.)
