In video calls, do you default to camera off or camera on? Why? Does it differ depending on who you’re meeting?

Camera on at first. Then stealth mode as soon as everyone arrives. Pure alpha shark lurking in the shadows, judging, waiting for the right moment to strike. And when you get a snide no camera comment from Greg just say “video is lagging”
