I feel like never trumpers, the media, and many others have called for him to drop out/not run. We just don't hear it from Republican leadership.

The thing is Trump supporters don’t actually care about this stuff. Looks at how many right wing Christians are getting busted but child rape all the time. This is totally normal behavior for them so they are into the idea of one of their own in charge.
