Many such cases.  We use “pools” in farming where our fruit is bundled at the packing house with other farmers.  Pools are assigned almost immediately but we wait many more months to get paid.

A tokenized pool would let us borrow against our future payments, buy & sell into different pools for diversification and build a whole economic layer on top of the pool.
