my rules for 2025

1. alignment before action — always start with alignment to my highest, most joyful self. no action without achieving alignment first 

2. follow inspiration — act on sparks of excitement as soon as possible. avoid acting on anxiety or guilt

3. release the outcome — trust the process, expect nothing, and use every situation for the highest good

4. stay positive — be mindful of all thoughts, beliefs, and words. release and reprogram any negativity immediately. amplify joy, appreciation, and bliss 

5. feel and heal — instead of denying or judging them, accept and process all negative emotions quickly so they don’t block inspiration or wellbeing
