Should parents get one extra vote per child? Just because the kids aren’t old enough to vote, their interests should still be accounted for right?

Absolutely not. Their interests are accounted for with their parents votes, who made a choice to bear the responsibility of raising a child.

So, we have a school bond in a neighborhood to pass and 3 households without children, already paying a share of public education they do not see benefit from, now has their 3 households of two completely negated and beaten by a single household of two parents and five kids? No.

Yeah I think that would be fair though right? Schools are an amenity and add property value in a big way. It’s probably one of the top three homebuying parameters people search by.
