there are two web3 focused coworkings; w3hub (lots of solana community), and full node (run by gnosis/safe, eth ppl)

there's also lots of non web3 focused coworking places; depends where you'll be based/what you like. I often work from betahaus in mitte because of it's proximity to my flat

Full node and web3.hub are the two main web3 spaces

w3hub is a great starting point for sure. As an alternative, I hear great things about Factory at Görlitzer Park in Kreuzberg, too
