My experience so far: 
- Demand for web3 talent is up through Q1. 
- Most open roles: product/eng/design and GTM (BizDev + marketing). 
- Supply of talent entering web3 is flat; web2 talent hard to attract.

The next 3-6 months will be a slog until crypto gets back into mainstream and we see an influx of new talent.

Web2 doesn't understand well enough Web3, many are suspicious and I'll informed.

We should focus on fixing our image.
On top of that many teams in our space as so inexperienced in terms of building teams. 

There is a long way until we will get there.

Agreed on a poor image/perception of web2 talent. I think most view the industry as interesting technically with few real use cases outside of scams and ponzi schemes. 

And agreed on lack of experience building teams -- most founders are technical research/eng/product and learning recruiting 101.
