I can only speak to my own experience which is that I tend to speak fairly fast but sometimes I speak slow and I find when I am speaking flow I am being extraordinarily thoughtful. Extraordinarily meaning more than ordinary relative to my average thoughtfulness while speaking.

I noticed while editing this one that he speaks quite slowly. I had to make sure I wasn’t slowing it down. Not sure what speaking speed says about how someone’s brain works but i think it says something interesting
