I think it started with the oval office Ukraine meeting where he chimed in and people started making memes of a like a spoiled kid and then it just ran from there. I'm not totally sure. With the weight gain I remember one of the early ones was a kid with a propeller beanie eating candy or something 🤷‍♂️
