There's one thing I do like about salads. You can just keep eating pretty much infinitely. There's like no amount of salad you can eat to make it unhealthy, unless you really drown it in dressing or something. But I don't really like dressing just use olive oil, caesar on occasion. So it's a volume eating opportunity.

You can even make dressings that are healthy and you CAN drown the salad in them if you really want to :) like green goddess dressing, homemade mayo made from silken tofu, etc... Life hack

I had a homie one time gain a ton of weight from just eating โ€œsaladsโ€ & legit was flabbergasted. I asked him to show me what he put on it, legit died. Bacon bits, hard boiled eggs, blue cheese, tons of dressing, croutons, the works. It was legit 2000+ calories per salad ๐Ÿคฃ
