I’d just eat more meat tbh. You’d primarily be lacking if you don’t get in enough protein or if that protein is primarily from plant sources. Even in the first case the bigger effect is having more protein. And you’d get a lot of said peptides and branch chain amino acids from meat

Same so that’s what I personally do. If you listen to Peter Attiya and other longevity folks, they’re all pretty much protein maxing
