Thanks for the tag @awedjob.eth A lot of things are uber subjective.

Multiple judges of all forms are a great idea too.

There needs to be a few different ways of looking at the criteria or strict guidelines since if you are looking for “specifics.”

A decently long deadline with reminders that folxs opt into since those can also get really lost.

A set number of entries allowed. 

There are more I’m sure too yet this list comes to mine at the moment.
