I imagine Farcaster is still pretty illegible from the outside, both culturally and technically. But that won't last long if there's value to extract. We live in interesting times.

I trust merkle, but I really hope it doesn't all turn into a token casino.

I think the way to reconcile this is that the economy isn’t just the casino, unless that’s the only business in town

In manias (like now), the casinos and slot machine manufacturers become 90% of the economy so that’s all we see

The other 10% is quietly working towards a day when the town has stores, schools and factories
