Launch a compliant token that’s technologically neutered. Default dead as a result. 

Launch a token that’s technologically powerful, but is a regulatory nightmare. Maybe the token survives but you don’t.

Right now we’re stuck trying to drive airplanes on traintracks.

You’ll have US people use it and you’ll still have the same regulatory heat seeking middles

Here’s the loophole

1. Launch compliant governance token that’s almost powerful but somewhat handicapped

2. Holders use governance to remove handicaps

The your sale was not a securities offering but also you made a useful token
