hi! Not trying intrude on the female centric space, just have a question. How can organizations in web3 do better to avoid the “boys club” nature of tradfi and fintech leadership? Is it as bad as it seems to me as a casual observer? Do you appreciate those who actively advocate for more women in web3 ?

It's hard to address this in cast form properly but companies have to hire more women and support them in leadership positions? tbh ppl should advocate for more women in web3 b/c it's the right thing to do, your last question is a bit odd to me

I get what you mean. I think I framed it wrong. I have seen that advocacy become performative in companies I e worked for like Pinterest that advocated for more professional growth of their female employees while simultaneously paying a settlement for the execs sexual discrimination. Idk how you would feel about that

at the end of the day ESG and rainbow capitalism exist only so long as the company thinks it will help them rather than hinder them, and when that goes away supporting women / LGBTQ+ in the workplace will likely start resulting in negative consequences

I can see the same trend as you, I suppose I just hope that a social revolution occurs so that my community, LGTQ+ people, women, people who aren’t white, and disabled people can avoid the coming backlash:/ I probably missed some groups. There’s a lot of hate.
