Can someone help me understand frames?

I tried a couple like farville and the arcade one but I didn't really get it.. 

They're just like pretty boring (no offense) mobile games. The integration with farcaster isn't even noticebly better than regular mobile games integration with social networks ( can make a post for you?)

Is there a better frane I can try that better illustrates what they can do?

They’re just apps that can do onchain actions very easily and have notifications. 

IMO it’s just improving ux and speed - more likely to engage, interact and share than a traditional dapp

you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation

Are there any example frames that are good for showing off how much better the UX is?
