What would be your ideal 2-week itinerary for vacation to Japan?

- Week in Tokyo, could do in one go or split on front and back end of trip and stay in two different parts of city. I like Naka-meguro/daikanyama. Stay near JY line loop for easy access to transit. No shortage of eat / drink / art / design / shop and easy to go to neighborhood and wander all day 
- 3-4 days in Kyoto, downtown for cute walking eating drinking, short drives for hikes / temples / etc 
- 2-3 days in more nature-y thing near one of them, eg Naoshima, or onsen north of Tokyo. I’ve not done but I’m sure you can find suggestions 
- alt could do 2-3 days in Osaka which is fun but I’ve only spent 1 night there. Some people love, some people meh
