For the average person working in tech, what's their most valuable credential? I suspect for most it's the most "impressive job they've had, with a decay function for how long ago that was".

for me, it‘s the tech projects that they‘ve worked on specifically and ideally I see the code. Honestly, working at a big tech co doesn‘t mean much. Just means ur good at checking boxes, at least that‘s my feel.
