Why - simply had to. An act of desperation. How - pitched internally at my job first, didn't work, pitched outside (and pitched, and pitched...), eventually got funding. I asked my dad "how do you when it's time to take the plunge?" and he said "do both until you physically cannot do it anymore." lol love you, pops
