I modded an instant pot recipe for when I didn’t have the space for a stock pot, but at its core it’s:

- 2 lbs beef leg bone
- large knob ginger (halved)
- large yellow onion (halved)
- rock sugar
- spices

I typically add brisket and run the above through twice to get more soup

there is one spot semi-close that has like 2x the herbs and limes provided  and 1.5x more the meat as others

not enough but still far better

I used a crap ton of herbs but packed it in reverse today based on the order I prepped things lol
