trust me i know. i tried the night owl approach and i just tumble deeper and deeper into crap sleep when i do. i don't have any solutions yet that've worked for me. conceptually moving my wake up time earlier to do deep work is the answer, but i haven't been able to actually make that shift

are you saying i need to be more like Ben Franklin? 

i kind of enjoy the quiet hours of uninterrupted deep work
