Anyone here install a beastmaker or other finger training stuff in their home? I’m considering making the jump soon

got this at the REI outlet store for ~$20
i use it everyday, since i'm only climbing at the gym on the weekends. 

Definitely helps keeps the callus and finger strength going

Oo not bad. That’s more or less what I was thinking of. Looks like it only doesn’t have the slope holds but I don’t think I’d use them much. How do you like the setup? Just wondering if there are things I’m not considering when setting one up like that just above the door frame

Realistically I’m looking to lower the barrier to get a little bit of crimp work in daily and have some jugs for basic pull ups

A lot less intense than Emil Abramson’s finger training routine, but in the same vain of increasing frequency

Nice! Any recommendations with what to think about with where to set it up? I have relatively high ceilings so I’m planning to put it above the door in my bedroom

I've got one, and a metolius one, don't have them up yet cause just moved into a new place. When I did have it up I found I didn't use the slopey parts very much. Crimp edges are good though. Metolius board has mega jugs on it if you want to train raw pulling strength as well
