My stretching exercise for this is to stay like in your photo for 4 minutes nonstop. As it was a long time, I usually closed my eyes. One day, I touched the ground with my eyes closed, and I freaked out 😆

I did that for a while too. I was so inflexible I needed the aid of my bed frame to not tip over. I think I managed to only get down to back parallel with the ground after a couple months
