tbh i'm just making my coffees absent-minded most of the time so it's all micro mistakes with milk prep (mostly this) and the pouring process that i screw up.

do you think it's more milk prep (don't have clear separation b/w your white and brown at the end) or more your pouring technique and paying attention to when the foam hits?

mostly milk prep I think, got a new machine with a much more powerful steam wand recently and haven't really taken the time to practice

For me, it's 95% Steam wand, so I'm not surprised. Which machine?

What do you like about it over the Breville?
