What is the best AI product for sourcing candidates for hiring via LinkedIn? I want to do smart filtering beyond the LinkedIn search features, e.g., >5 years out of college but <10 years of experience, etc.

I have tried OpenAI Operator, but it seems like it's not capable of summarizing content from long browsing sessions yet, e.g., it stops browsing after a few candidates, makes up fake lists if request to make a long list, etc.

i think you're looking for an out of the box option, but i'd pair tool use with an agent to a service that's purpose built to do LinkedIn scraping like ones you can find on Rapid API
